A New Hat!

So I am a new knitter, and if not for my wonderful knitting mentor (you know who you are :o) I would knit nothing but scarves. She has far more faith in my knitting ability than I do and is always encouraging me to try something new. So, after many trials, here is my first project that I have knit in a round on dpn's. A hat for The Bear. I am pretty impressed with my effort and am looking forward to the next project...which I will have plenty of time for as we drive our family to Florida in a few days.

So here it is...
