We're back!

We have returned from our summer road trip! In nine days, we put 5580 kms on our van, travelled through 4 states and 4 provinces, drove through the Rocky Mountains, saw the Pacific Ocean, and made it home alive!

Views from the sky

Here is our little town...blissfully dry because of the dike that surrounds us.



And here is the town where the kids go to school...surrounded by water. You can just make out where the river should be...but you cannot see the highway that I usually travel.



And first impressions of Colorado...

Here is a picture taken from the Denver airport parking lot. Ignore the ugly light posts etc and check out the mountains in the distance.



Boulder is also beautiful and is where I am spending the weekend. I hope to find some time to take some pictures while I am here. I'll be home on Monday.
